ข้อ ๓๐ ในกรณีที่เกิดอุบัติเหตุทำให้ระบบการขนส่งก๊าซธรรมชาติทางท่อชำรุด หรือเสียหาย จนเกิดการรั่วไหลของก๊าซธรรมชาติ หรือเกิดเหตุเพลิงไหม้ ผู้ประกอบกิจการควบคุมต้องดำเนินการ ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่อธิบดีกรมธุรกิจพลังงานประกาศกำหนด
