ข้าราชการตำรวจซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งที่มีสิทธิได้รับเงินประจำตำแหน่งอยู่ในวันก่อน วันที่พระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ยังคงมีสิทธิได้รับเงินประจำตำแหน่งในอัตราของตำแหน่งนั้นต่อไป จนกว่าจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
