ข้อ ๕ ห้ามโรงงานตามข้อ ๔ ระบายอากาศที่มีกลิ่นออกจากโรงงาน เว้นแต่ได้ทำการจน อากาศที่ระบายออกนั้นมีค่าความเข้มกลิ่นไม่เกินกว่าค่าที่กำหนดในข้อ ๖ หรือข้อ ๗ แล้วแต่กรณี แต่ทั้งนี้ต้องไม่ใช้วิธีทำให้เจือจาง
