ข้อ ๒ ให้จัดทำบัตรภำษีเป็นบัตรภำษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยมีข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่สำมำรถ แสดงข้อมูลที่สร้ำง ส่ง หรือได้รับให้ปรำกฏอย่ำงถูกต้อง และสำมำรถสืบค้นได้ โดยให้มีมำตรฐำน ด้ำนกำรรักษำควำมมั่นคงปลอดภัยที่เชื่อถือได้
