เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๓๗ ก หนา้ ๓๘ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๘ มิถุนายน ๒๕๖๕ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดประเภทของโรงฆ่ำสัตว์ พ.ศ. 2565 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๕ วรรคสอง และมาตรา ๑๔ (๒) แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติ ควบคุมกำรฆ่ำสัตว์เพื่อกำรจำหน่ายเนื้อสัตว์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ โดยคำแนะนำของคณะกรรมกำรกำกับดูแลกำรประกอบกิจการฆ่ำสัตว์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
