ข้อ ๑๒ ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตผลิตสุราที่มิใช่เพื่อการค้าผู้ใดประสงค์จะผลิตสุราต่อเนื่องจาก ระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในใบอนุญาต ให้ยื่นคำขอรับใบอนุญาตผลิตสุราที่มิใช่เพื่อการค้าภายในเก้าสิบวัน ก่อนวันที่ใบอนุญาตสิ้นอายุ เมื่อได้ยื่นคำขอตามวรรคหนึ่งแล้ว ให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตสามารถผลิตสุราต่อไปได้จนกว่าอธิบดี จะมีคำสั่งไม่อนุญาต
