ข้อ ๒๔ คำขอรับใบอนุญาตผลิตสุราที่ได้ยื่นไว้ในวันก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับและยังอยู่ ในระหว่างการพิจารณา ให้ถือว่าเป็นคำขอรับใบอนุญาตผลิตสุราตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ และให้นำ กฎกระทรวงนี้มาใช้บังคับแก่การออกใบอนุญาตผลิตสุราตามคำขอนั้น เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๖๘ ก หนา้ ๙ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๕
