ข้อ ๑๓ เพื่อเป็นการอำนวยความสะดวกในการแจ้งให้ทราบตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ ผู้อนุญาต จะแจ้งแก่ผู้ขอขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับ ผู้ขอจดแจ้งรายละเอียด และผู้ขอจดแจ้ง ผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ พร้อมกับหนังสือแจ้งไปด้วยก็ได้
