ข้อ ๑๑ ประกาศที่ออกตามกฎกระทรวงว่าด้วยการขอและการออกใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการ โรงภาพยนตร์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๒ ที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ยังคงใช้บังคับต่อไป เพียงเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับกฎกระทรวงนี้ จนกว่าจะมีประกาศที่ออกตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ
