เล่ม ๑๒๙ ตอนที่ ๕๑ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๓ มิถุนายน ๒๕๕๕ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยว พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๕ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๓๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ อันเป็นกฎหมายที่มีบทบัญญัติบางประการเกี่ยวกับการ จำกัดสิทธิและเสรีภาพของบุคคล ซึ่งมาตรา ๒๙ ประกอบกับมาตรา ๓๓ และมาตรา ๔๓ ของรัฐธรรมนูญ แห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย บัญญัติให้กระทำได้โดยอาศัยอำนาจตามบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย รัฐมนตรีว่าการ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
