ข้อ ๑๑ บรรดาเรือที่อยู่ระหว่างการยื่นคำขอจดทะเบียนเป็นเรือไทยก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ ใช้บังคับ ให้เจ้าของเรือจัดให้มีเครื่องหมายถาวรตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๒๑ ก หนา้ ๖ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๘ เมษายน ๒๕๖๕
