ข้อ ๔ รูปถ่ำยที่ติดบัตรประจำตัวพนักงำนเจ้ำหน้ำที่ ให้ใช้รูปถ่ำยที่ถ่ำยไม่เกินหกเดือน ก่อนวันยื่นคำขอมีบัตรประจำตัวพนักงำนเจ้ำหน้ำที่ ขนำด ๒.๕ × ๓.๐ เซนติเมตร ครึ่งตัว หน้ำตรง ไม่สวมหมวกและแว่นตำสีเข้ม แต่งเครื่องแบบปกติขำวหรือเครื่องแบบปฏิบัติรำชกำร
