ข้อ ๑๐ ถังขนส่งก๊าซธรรมชาติอัดที่ออกแบบตามมาตรฐานซึ่งมีการกำหนดอายุการใช้งาน ของถังหรือจำนวนครั้งในการอัดก๊าซหรือเงื่อนไขการใช้งานอื่น ๆ ให้อายุการใช้งานของถังหรือจำนวนครั้ง ในการอัดก๊าซหรือเงื่อนไขการใช้งานอื่นๆเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขด้านความปลอดภัย ที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนดในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
