ข้อ ๑ ในกฎกระทรวงนี้ “ใบอนุญาต” หมายความว่า

(๑) ใบอนุญาตทำเครื่องกำเนิดรังสี

(๒) ใบอนุญาตมีไว้ในครอบครองหรือใช้เครื่องกำเนิดรังสี

(๓) ใบอนุญาตนำเข้าเครื่องกำเนิดรังสี

(๔) ใบอนุญาตส่งออกเครื่องกำเนิดรังสี
