ผู้รับใบอนุญาตซึ่งประสงค์จะต่ออายุใบอนุญาต ให้ยื่นคำขอต่อผู้อนุญาต ก่อนวันที่ใบอนุญาตสิ้นอายุ เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๕๒ ก หนา้ ๖ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๖ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๕ เมื่อได้ยื่นคำขอตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้ใบอนุญาตคงใช้ต่อไปได้จนกว่าจะมีคำสั่งไม่อนุญาตให้ต่ออายุ ใบอนุญาตนั้น การขอต่ออายุและการอนุญาตให้ต่ออายุใบอนุญาตตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
