ผู้อนุญาตมีอำนาจสั่งยกเลิกคำสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตได้ เมื่อปรากฏว่าผู้รับ ใบอนุญาตซึ่งถูกสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตได้ปฏิบัติถูกต้องตามมาตรา ๑๐ วรรคสอง หรือได้ปฏิบัติ ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ในกฎกระทรวงตามมาตรา ๑๐ วรรคสาม แล้ว ให้นำความในมาตรา ๑๙ มาใช้บังคับแก่การแจ้งคำสั่งยกเลิกคำสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตแก่ผู้รับ ใบอนุญาตตามวรรคหนึ่งด้วยโดยอนุโลม
