เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๓๗ ก หนา้ ๒๙ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๘ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๔ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดลักษณะของงำนที่ห้ำมผู้จ้ำงงำนจ้ำงผู้รับงำนไปทำที่บ้ำน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๔ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๒๑ วรรคสอง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติคุ้มครองผู้รับงำนไปทำที่บ้ำน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๓ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงแรงงาน ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
