ข้อ ๑๔ ให้เลขาธิการแจ้งคำสั่งของคณะกรรมการตามข้อ ๑๒ หรือคำสั่งของคณะกรรมการ ตามข้อ ๑๓ แล้วแต่กรณี ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตทราบโดยไม่ชักช้า เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๒๓ ก หนา้ ๕ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๓๐ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๔ เมื่อผู้รับใบอนุญาตได้รับแจ้งคำสั่งของคณะกรรมการตามข้อ ๑๓ วรรคหนึ่งแล้ว ให้การอนุญาตสิ้นผลนับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้ง
