ข้อ ๕๒ การทำสัญญาเช่าหรือสัญญาต่างตอบแทนอื่นให้เป็นไปตามที่กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ หรือส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องร่วมกับกรมธนารักษ์กำหนดโดยความเห็นชอบของปลัดกระทรวงการคลัง ทั้งนี้ ให้กรมธนารักษ์ส่งร่างสัญญาให้สำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดตรวจพิจารณาก่อนเสนอปลัดกระทรวงการคลัง ให้ความเห็นชอบ
