ข้อ ๙ การทำสัญญาเช่าที่ราชพัสดุให้มีกำหนดระยะเวลาเช่าไม่เกินสามสิบปี เว้นแต่ เป็นสัญญาเช่าที่ราชพัสดุเพื่อพาณิชยกรรมและอุตสาหกรรมตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการเช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เพื่อพาณิชยกรรมและอุตสาหกรรมที่กำหนดระยะเวลาเช่าไว้เกินสามสิบปี ต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบ จากรัฐมนตรีก่อน
