เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๖๘ ก หนา้ ๕ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๔ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๔ กฎกระทรวง ยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมการประกอบกิจการสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพรายปี (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2564 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๔ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติสถานประกอบการ เพื่อสุขภาพ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุขออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
