ข้อ ๑๐ ในการออกใบอนุญาตผลิตสุราที่มิใช่เพื่อการค้า อธิบดีจะกำหนดเงื่อนไขให้ผู้ได้รับ ใบอนุญาตต้องปฏิบัติไว้ในใบอนุญาตด้วยก็ได้ โดยอย่างน้อยต้องกำหนดให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตผลิตสุรา ที่เป็นไปตามคุณภาพและมาตรฐานตามที่อธิบดีประกาศกำหนด
