ข้อ ๑๔ ผู้รับใบอนุญาตต้องจัดให้มีการประเมินการได้รับรังสี การเก็บบันทึกผลการได้รับ รังสีประจำบุคคล และการเฝ้าระวังสุขภาพที่เหมาะสมแก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทางรังสี ผู้รับใบอนุญาตต้องจัดให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทางรังสีสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลตามวรรคหนึ่งในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง กับตนเองได้
