ข้อ ๒๑ บุคคลแต่ละประเภทตามข้อ ๑๗ ข้อ ๑๘ ข้อ ๑๙ หรือข้อ ๒๐ ที่มีความเป็นไปได้ ที่จะได้รับรังสีจากหลายแหล่ง ผลรวมของปริมาณรังสีจากทุกแหล่งต้องไม่เกินขีดจำกัดปริมาณรังสี ที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อ ๑๗ ข้อ ๑๘ ข้อ ๑๙ หรือข้อ ๒๐ แล้วแต่กรณี
