ข้อ ๓ สัตว ให้ยื่นคำขออนุญาตต่อนายทะเปียนตามแบบ บ.พ. ๕ ท้าย กฎกระทรวงนี้ เมื่อนายทะเบียนได้สอบสวนพิจารณาเห็น สมควรแล้วให้ออกใบอนุญาตตามแบบบ.พ.๖ ท้ายกฎกระทรวง น ผู้ใดจะนำโคและกระ อที่อยู่นอกเขตบำรุงพันธุ์ ได้สอบสวนพิจารณาเห็นสมควรแล้ว ให้ออกใบอนุญาตตาม
