กฎกระทรวง การให้ดอกเบี้ยแก่ผู้ได้รับคืนเงินภาษี พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๑๑๖ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ภาษีสรรพสามิต พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
