กฎกระทรวง การเปลี่ยนแปลงสุราเพื่อการค้า พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๑๕๘ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติภาษี สรรพสามิต พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
