ข้อ ๒๐ ห้ามมิให้กรรมการสอบสวนทำหรือจัดให้ทำการใดๆซึ่งเป็นการให้คำมั่นสัญญา ขู่เข็ญ หลอกลวง บังคับ หรือกระทำโดยมิชอบไม่ว่าด้วยประการใด เพื่อจูงใจให้ผู้ถูกกล่าวหา หรือพยานให้ถ้อยคำหรือไม่ให้ถ้อยคำ
