เล่ม ๑๔๓ ตอนที่ ๒๑ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๖ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๙ กฎกระทรวง แบ่งส่วนราชการกรมวิชาการเกษตร กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๘ ฉ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติระเบียบบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๔ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติระเบียบบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน (ฉบับที่ ๔) พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๓ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
