ข้อ ๒ ในกฎกระทรวงนี้ “ใบอนุญาต” หมายความว่า ใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบเครื่องจักรเอกชน ระดับหนึ่ง ระดับสอง หรือระดับสาม แล้วแต่กรณี “ใบรับรอง” หมายความว่า หนังสือที่ออกให้แก่ผู้ที่ผ่านการฝึกอบรมและทดสอบความรู้ เกี่ยวกับการตรวจสอบเครื่องจักร
