ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๑๕๓ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่อำเภอสระแก้ว จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี เหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสหกรณ์เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและประกอบอาชีพเป็นหลัก แหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
