ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๓๔๒ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติพิจารณาเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่อำเภอร่อนพิบูลย์ จังหวัด นครศรีธรรมราชเหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสร้างตนเอง เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและ ประกอบอาชีพเป็นหลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่งดังต่อไปนี้
