ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๓๕๕ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติพิจารณาเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่อำเภอบันนังสตา จังหวัด ยะลาเหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสร้างตนเองเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและประกอบอาชีพ เป็นหลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
