ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๓๔๔ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติพิจารณาเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่อำเภอพิมายและอำเภอห้วย แถลง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา เหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสร้างตนเองเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้ง เคหสถานและประกอบอาชีพเป็นหลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
