Section ๑๑๘

เมื่อข้าราชการตำรวจถูกกล่าวหาว่ากระทำผิดวินัย และได้มีการดำเนินการ ตามมาตรา ๑๑๗ แล้ว ถ้าฟังได้ว่ากระทำผิดวินัยอย่างไม่ร้ายแรง ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาพิจารณาสั่งการ ตามมาตรา ๑๒๔ โดยเร็ว ในกรณีที่มีการสืบสวน ให้นำผลการสืบสวนมาใช้ประกอบการพิจารณาสั่งการ เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๖๔ ก หนา้ ๕๗ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๖ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๕
