ผู้ใดแต่งเครื่องแบบตำรวจโดยไม่มีสิทธิ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สามเดือน ถึงห้าปี เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๖๔ ก หนา้ ๗๑ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๖ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๕ ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามวรรคหนึ่ง ได้กระทำภายในเขตซึ่งประกาศใช้กฎอัยการศึก หรือ ประกาศภาวะฉุกเฉิน หรือเพื่อกระทำความผิดอาญา ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี
