Section ๑๕๕

ในการแสดงภาพยนตร์ ละคร หรือการแสดงอื่นใดทำนองเดียวกันที่ประสงค์ จะเผยแพร่ต่อสาธารณชน หากผู้แสดงประสงค์จะแต่งเครื่องแบบตำรวจหรือแต่งกายโดยใช้เครื่องแต่งกาย คล้ายเครื่องแบบตำรวจ ให้ผู้ซึ่งมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบการแสดงนั้นหรือผู้ซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายแจ้งต่อหัวหน้า สถานีตำรวจแห่งท้องที่ที่จะทำการแสดงเช่นว่านั้นทราบ ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
