เมื่อดำเนินการเลือกกรรมการข้าราชการตำรวจผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตามมาตรา ๑๗๓ แล้วเสร็จ ให้ดำเนินการคัดเลือกผู้ที่เหมาะสมเพื่อดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการ ก.ร.ตร. ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๖๔ ก หนา้ ๗๘ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๖ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๕ ตามมาตรา ๔๓ ให้แล้วเสร็จและประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาภายในสองร้อยสี่สิบวันนับแต่วันที่ พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
