ให้โอนบรรดากิจการ ทรัพย์สิน สิทธิ หน้าที่ หนี้ ภาระผูกพัน และ เงินงบประมาณของกองทุนเพื่อการสืบสวนและสอบสวนคดีอาญาตามพระราชบัญญัติตำรวจแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๗ และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม ที่มีอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ไปเป็นของกองทุน เพื่อการสืบสวน สอบสวน การป้องกันและปราบปรามการกระทำความผิดทางอาญาตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
