Section ๗๕

คณะกรรมการผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีอำนาจสั่งให้บุคคลใดส่งเอกสารหรือข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ เรื่องที่มีผู้ร้องเรียน หรือเรื่องอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ รวมทั้ง จะสั่งให้บุคคลใดมาชี้แจงข้อเท็จจริงด้วยก็ได้ เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๖๙ ก หนา้ ๘๘ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๗ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๒
