Section ๘๕

ผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๔๑ วรรคหนึ่ง หรือ มาตรา ๔๒ วรรคสองหรือวรรคสาม ต้องระวางโทษปรับทางปกครองไม่เกินหนึ่งล้านบาท
