ให้จัดตั้งศาลจังหวัดขึ้นที่อำเภอพิมาย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา เรียกว่า “ศาลจังหวัด พิมาย” และจะเปิดทำการเมื่อใด ให้ประกาศโดยพระราชกฤษฎีกา เล่ม ๑๒๔ ตอนที่ ๓๙ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๓ สิงหาคม ๒๕๕๐
