ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุขรักษาการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ และให้มี อำนาจออกประกาศ เพื่อปฏิบัติการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ เล่ม ๑๒๕ ตอนที่ ๔๔ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๖ มีนาคม ๒๕๕๑ ประกาศนั้น เมื่อได้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาแล้วให้ใช้บังคับได้
