บัญชีราคาประเมินห้องชุดตามมาตรา ๒๘ ให้ใช้ได้ไม่เกินสี่ปีนับแต่วันที่ประกาศ ในกรณีที่ครบกำหนดระยะเวลาตามวรรคหนึ่งแล้ว ยังไม่มีการประกาศบัญชีราคาประเมิน ห้องชุดขึ้นใหม่ ให้ใช้บัญชีราคาประเมินห้องชุดที่ใช้อยู่เดิมไปพลางก่อนจนกว่าจะมีการประกาศบัญชี ราคาประเมินห้องชุดขึ้นใหม่
