Section ๑๐๙

ถ้าของที่ยังมิได้รับมอบไปจากอารักขาของศุลกากรเป็นของที่มีสภาพเป็นของสด ของเสียได้ และปรากฏว่าของนั้นได้บูดเน่าหรือเสียแล้ว อธิบดีจะสั่งให้ทำลายหรือจัดการกับของนั้น ตามวิธีการที่อธิบดีเห็นสมควรเมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยอาจเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายจากผู้นำของเข้าหรือผู้ขนส่งด้วยก็ได้
