Section ๑๑๘

การตรวจของที่เก็บไว้ในคลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บน โรงพักสินค้า หรือที่มั่นคงใด ให้กระทำ ณ คลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บน โรงพักสินค้า หรือที่มั่นคงนั้น ในกรณีที่เห็นสมควร อธิบดีจะสั่งให้ทำการตรวจของเข้าหรือตรวจของออก ณ สถานที่ใด สถานที่หนึ่งนอกจากที่กำหนดในวรรคหนึ่งก็ได้ ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่อธิบดี ประกาศกำหนด
