กรณีเรือโดนกันเนื่องจากความผิดของผู้นำร่อง เรือลำที่ผิดจะปฏิเสธความรับผิดต่อ ความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นมิได้ และให้นำบทบัญญัติเกี่ยวกับความรับผิดกรณีเรือโดนกันตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ มาใช้บังคับแก่กรณีดังกล่าว
