ในการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาท ห้ามมิให้ผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยกระทำการหรือจัดให้กระทำการใดๆ ที่เป็นการบังคับ ขู่เข็ญ หลอกลวง หรือกระทำการโดยมิชอบด้วยประการใด ๆ เพื่อให้คู่กรณีทำข้อตกลง ระงับข้อพิพาท
