ทุนหมุนเวียนใดที่มีกฎหมายกำหนดบทบัญญัติในเรื่องใดไว้เป็นการเฉพาะแล้ว ให้การดำเนินงานของทุนหมุนเวียนนั้นเป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เว้นแต่ในกรณีที่กฎหมายมิได้บัญญัติไว้ ให้นำบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้มาใช้บังคับ
