เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๑๖ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๗ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๗ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมการจดทะเบียนสิทธิและนิติกรรมเกี่ยวกับอาคารชุด สำหรับการแปลงสภาพกองทุนรวมอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไปเป็นกองทรัสต์เพื่อการลงทุนในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๗ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๖๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติอาคารชุด พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทยออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
